We have submitted our first Annual report 2023: federal decision statement for Roberts Bank Terminal 2 to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and published it on our website.

As a federal agency with a public interest mandate, the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is committed to transparency and accountability. One of the ways we deliver on these commitments is through regular external reporting.

This report shows we are on track with fulfilling the legally binding conditions of federal approval for the project and describes the steps we’ve taken over the past reporting year (April to December 2023). Moving forward, the report will be published annually.

We look forward to continued collaboration with First Nations, governments, communities, agencies, and industry partners, which is key to meeting the conditions of project permits and approvals.
